Auparavant athl\u00e8tes, ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 depuis 2018 de faire profiter de leur exp\u00e9rience aux autres et de devenir entra\u00eeneurs. Une belle \u00e9quipe qui assure vari\u00e9t\u00e9, dynamisme et bonne humeur !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les programmes sont travaill\u00e9s en collaboration pour assurer une vari\u00e9t\u00e9, une continuit\u00e9 et une compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 entre les s\u00e9ances. Chaque athl\u00e8te est \u00e9videmment libre de participer aux s\u00e9ances de son choix selon ses disponibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entra\u00eeneurs sont aussi disponibles pour conseiller et accompagner les coureurs dans leurs objectifs, pour leurs proposer des plans de pr\u00e9parations personnalis\u00e9s\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:54px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-center is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 34%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9ance du Lundi<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Horaires : de 19h \u00e0 20h<\/strong><br>Lieu : salle de Chavaroux et en ext\u00e9rieur au stade \u00e0 Chappes lors des beaux jours\u2026<br>Contenu : renforcement musculaire \u201cfull body\u201d. Cette s\u00e9ance est un r\u00e9el compl\u00e9ment pour la pr\u00e9paration. Les athl\u00e8tes se s\u00e9parent ensuite souvent en 2 groupes selon leurs envies et objectifs du moment.
